It is recommended to purchase tracking for a quicker and more reliable shipping method. This order was shipped without tracking and sent internationally which means it takes longer and has to go through customs. This review was posted only 11 days (7 business days) after the item was shipped which isn't enough time for it to arrive from Canada to the US with standard mail. Please be patient with snail mail especially with all the delays there have been recently.
